What is your online return(s) policy?
Returns are acceptable if return within 7 days after parcel(s) reach buyer doorstep [we will track based on the courier service tracking]. Only item(s) that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.
Also, please ensure item(s) are not under unexchangeable categories.
Can I exchange my item?
We are unable to exchange the item you return. However, you can return the unwanted item(s) for a refund, and proceed to place a new order.
How do I return something to you?
Before you request in returning the item(s) please proceed to your admin account and fill up the return form yet attached along with the parcel. You can make your own arrangement through any courier service but we recommend you use one who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reachers us, it's your responsibility.

How long will it take to process my refund?
As soon as we have received the request, we will process within 7-14 working days for your refund to be returned to your bank account that provided in return form. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what I ordered?
If an item arrives damaged or fault, or isn't what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care team and let the advisor know the details of your parcel(s).
Our Customer Care team would also require you to provide image or video evidence of the item(s) to expedite the return process.
Will you refund my delivery charge?
If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered upon receiving, we will provide you the our courier label and need you to print it out and send it back thru selected courier.
Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.
Why my return request rejected?
1. Product(s) have been over 7 days return period since delivered.
2. Product(s) single value under RM30
3. Product(s) has wore, damage or not in original condition by buyer.
4. Product(s) that has been listed as unrefundable/unreturnable list.
